Shipping policy

At House of Akaar, we strive to ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely and secure manner.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped from our own or partner warehouses. Our endeavour is to dispatch and deliver products within 7 business days from the receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Order deliveries are carried out by our internal logistics team or trusted third‑party courier and logistics partners. Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All products must be signed for upon delivery. The delivery acknowledgement shall be considered conclusive proof that the order has been delivered successfully. House of Akaar is not responsible for any acknowledgement signed by an alternative person at the delivery address provided at the time of order.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Since all transactions are authorised by the cardholder, House of Akaar is not responsible for delays, losses, or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once the product has been delivered, House of Akaar is not responsible for any damage, loss, or tampering thereafter.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly refuse the package and notify us immediately by emailing [your official brand email], mentioning your order reference number.

We will make our best efforts to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment at the earliest, subject to verification.

TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

House of Akaar will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts to deliver your order. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept delivery during these attempts, House of Akaar reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.

In such cases, the amount paid will be issued as store credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases, in accordance with our policies.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping is applicable on all orders within India, including replacement shipments, unless stated otherwise on the product or checkout page.
